What this form collects

If you submit a quote request, the site saves the name, email, optional phone, state, ZIP code, property type, service choice, timing, and message you provide, plus submission and delivery status information.

How requests are handled

Submissions are saved in a database dedicated to Ohio Roofing Co. so our team can review your project and respond. Resend processes an email notification containing your submitted details and delivers it to our designated business contact inbox. Replies to that notification use the email address you supplied. A request is saved before we attempt email delivery, and a retry with the same reference does not create a second inquiry.

We use these details to respond to your quote request and coordinate the requested roofing services. The form does not collect a separate marketing subscription. Do not send payment information, sensitive documents, or information about someone else without permission.

Access and hosting

The public website does not provide access to other visitors’ quote requests. Hosting infrastructure processes requests needed to operate and protect the site. There is no public endpoint for listing submitted inquiries.
