Can a coating replace a failing commercial roof?

Only evaluate a coating after establishing that the existing substrate and assembly are suitable for the specified treatment. Moisture, deteriorated material, attachment problems and drainage defects may require other work. A surface coating is not a universal structural or waterproofing remedy.

Is TPO, PVC or EPDM always best for Ohio?
